A new iOS App from a longtime industry leader in relationship skills training is boosting key qualities of mental health as nations around the globe mark World Mental Health Day.

“Yodi” by The PAIRS Foundation, now available in the Apple App Store, includes exercises developed to improve mental health by psychologists, therapists and counselors over nearly half a century. Available exercises help users strengthen interpersonal communication, relieve the impact of stress, destress and anxiety, and provides a structure to succeed in difficult conversations.

In observance of World Mental Health Day, the Florida nonprofit has made the app available as a free download from the Apple App Store.
